⁃ Fundamentals of guard play, retention and passing

⁃ Fundamentals concepts of passing guard, side control and top game

⁃ How to safely control oneself (break falls, front rolls, back rolls, etc) and safely interact with their training partner while in practice on the mats

⁃ Short period of positional training after each class to get a feel for live rolling
